If you don’t mind, when I speak to a tempurpedic representative tomorrow, I’ll be sure to let them know that they have someone in our general area who can do their repair work.
[Timeliness] It took one month to complete the repair. The technicians were good and efficient however the scheduling was poor.

I recently had a TV warranty claim that was handled by Seneca Micronics quickly, efficiently, and knowledgeably by Michael Charles. Great communication throughout the entire process and the TV is working as good as new!!
